Ligue 1 TOTS Predicted Starting XI
With PSG sitting unbeaten at the top of the table with the title wrapped up despite another six games to play, it comes as no surprise to see them dominate this prediction. Despite no Mbappé this season, there are still plenty of players to get excited about, with Dembélé, Kvaratskhelia, and Barcola being the standout players.
GK: Lucas Chevalier (Lille) - 79 OVR -> 95 OVR:
Lille boast the second-best defensive record in Ligue 1 this year and a large reason for that is the heroics of Chevalier, who is currently one of the brightest goalkeeping prospects around. With ten clean sheets to his name, he is right in the mix for the golden glove alongside Brice Samba. Given Lille’s stronger league position, I would expect Chevalier to be named as the goalkeeper in this side.
RB: Achraf Hakimi (PSG) - 84 OVR -> 92 OVR:
It's unclear if EA will opt to snub Hakimi again, but with the Moroccan being one of the standout players in Ligue 1 this season, it would be a statement play. I think other than Dembele, Hakimi should be the first name in the squad. With four goals and six assists alongside playing a role in the best defence in the division, I just can't see how he can be justifiably ignored, much like Greenwood with his POTM inclusion.
CB: Marquinhos (PSG) - 87 OVR -> 94 OVR:
Marquinhos has been a key part of the PSG defence for quite some time now, and while we are seeing new players break into PSG's side on a regular basis, the Brazilian remains a main player for them. We saw him included as a moments option last year, and while the same could be the case again here, I expect him to feature one way or another.
CB: Thilo Kehrer (Monaco) - 76 OVR -> 91 OVR:
Either of Monaco's central defenders could end up making this side, with Singo standing out in the first half of the season especially, but it's Kehrer who I give the edge to. The German has been more consistent over the full season, and his four goals stand out compared to other candidates for this position.
LB: Nuno Mendes (PSG) - 83 OVR -> 95 OVR:
Nuno Mendes is developing into one of the best left backs in the world. While his season started relatively slowly for PSG, I think he is now in a position that makes it difficult to exclude him from the Ligue 1 TOTS. He is one of the more desirable cards in the division, and with that PSG defensive record, he stands out as the best left back option.
LW: Bradley Barcola (PSG) - 80 OVR -> 95 OVR:
Barcola has held the left wing down well despite high-profile additions to the PSG squad. He has started 23 of PSG's 28 matches so far, which, considering how much they rotate in general, is a very high proportion. That faith has been repaid with the youngster recording thirteen goals and nine assists for the French champions.
CM: Joao Neves (PSG) - 79 OVR -> 94 OVR:
The PSG players just keep flowing, but when a side wins the league so convincingly while also remaining unbeaten, it is extremely difficult to do anything else. Neves made the move from Benfica and has held down his spot in the heart of PSG's side despite being so young. His performances have stood out, with both his defensive and offensive stats being impressive this season.
CM: Vitinha (PSG) - 85 OVR -> 94 OVR:
While the central midfielders could be an option to ignore a PSG inclusion, it is very difficult to choose between the pair as, in truth, both deserve to be there. Vitinha is probably the weaker of the two, but they are both so far ahead of other options for this side. Vitinha does a lot of the dirty work for PSG, allowing the offensively brilliant players to excel.
RW: Ousmane Dembele (PSG) - 86 OVR -> 97 OVR:
After such a dominant season for PSG, with them currently unbeaten in the league and in the semi-finals of the Champions League, there is a real chance for Dembele to compete for the Ballon d'Or. The Frenchman has without a doubt been their star since the departure of Mbappe, stepping up to that role superbly. He leads the golden boot race with an impressive 21 goals to his name along with an additional five assists. Salah versus Dembele is likely to be the debate.
ST: Mika Biereth (Monaco) - 68 OVR -> 94 OVR:
While Biereth has only been with Monaco since January, his impact since joining should not be understated. The Austrian has scored twelve times in his first twelve matches, and while including a player with so few appearances in a TOTS side can be questioned, this situation justifies an exception.
ST: Jonathan David (Lille) - 81 OVR -> 93 OVR:
David has been a staple player for Ligue 1 sides over the past few seasons, and while he is a fringe option this time around, his status as a regular nominee could see him chosen over other candidates. With fourteen goals, he is the joint third-highest goalscorer in the division.

Ligue 1 TOTS Predicted Subs & Moments
RB: Jonathan Clauss (Nice) - 80 OVR -> 92 OVR:
Either Clauss or Frankowski is likely to occupy the defensive spot on the bench, and both are included for similar reasons. With Clauss playing for Nice, who have been more competitive than Lens this season, I lean towards him. His usual attacking threat down the right-hand side has been evident once again, contributing three goals and seven assists.
CM: Andrey Santos (Strasbourg) - 73 OVR -> 91 OVR:
Santos is likely to be an in-demand player this summer, with Chelsea reportedly open to selling the Brazilian. He has excelled for Strasbourg throughout the campaign, scoring nine times and providing three assists. Santos has been one of the breakthrough players in Ligue 1, and a Future Stars inclusion already shows that he is on EA's radar.
RW: Rayan Cherki (Lyon) - 75 OVR -> 94 OVR:
There were a plethora of wide options to select from this year in Ligue 1, and Cherki is another of those. Lyon offered a few fringe options, but it's Cherki who has been their standout player, making him the most likely to be included. The French winger has recorded eight goals and nine assists.
ST: Arnaud Kalimuendo (Rennes) - 77 OVR -> 91 OVR:
Despite playing for midtable Rennes, Kalimuendo is among the highest goalscorers in Ligue 1 with fourteen to his name. When Rennes have recorded results, it is often the case that Kalimuendo is involved. Usually, we see a player from a midtable club included, and this time I expect that to be Kalimuendo.
CM: Adrien Rabiot (Marseille) - 83 OVR -> 93 OVR:
With the moments inclusions, EA have a lot of popular players available for selection. I have opted for one from each of the big three sides, starting with Marseille and Rabiot. The central midfielder almost made the starting side for me, but I don't expect him to miss out entirely, so I’ve opted for him as a moments inclusion.
LW: Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (PSG) - 85 OVR -> 96 OVR:
Kvaratskhelia has only made a handful of appearances this season, but when he has been on the pitch, his performances have been impressive. He’s a very popular player within the community and is exactly the sort of situation EA want to use these moments cards for.
CDM: Denis Zakaria (Monaco) - 79 OVR -> 91 OVR:
Zakaria was included as a moments item last season, and I feel the same could easily occur this time around as well. His performances have been good for Monaco but slightly inconsistent. I don't feel he has done enough to be included outright, but with Zakaria being a popular option in FUT, I can see history repeating itself here.
