TOTW 13 Predicted Starting XI
Headlining TOTW 13, we have Messi’s two assists to secure Inter Miami’s title, Pedri’s duo of assists as Barcelona take control at the top of La Liga, and yet another Harry Kane hat-trick!
GK: Kamil Grabara (Wolfsburg) - 79 OVR -> 85 OVR:
EA opted for two goalkeepers last week, which, should they continue, would be a nice addition and actually how they did things for a long time a few seasons back. Grabara looks to be the frontrunner this week, with the Austrian making several key saves alongside a penalty stop as Wolfsburg secured a 3-1 win over Union Berlin.
CB: Ingrid Engen (Lyonnes) - 84 OVR -> 86 OVR:
Ligue 1 offered practically no options this week, so including a player from the female division seems a practical solution. Engen scored one of Lyonnes’ three goals during their 3-0 win over Dijon. The defender received a perfect 10 match rating as Lyonnes maintained their 100% start to the campaign.
CB: Marc Guehi (Crystal Palace) - 82 OVR -> 86 OVR:
There were limited options when it came to the featured players this week, and Guehi stands a great chance as a result. The Palace defender remains a pivotal player in Palace’s success, as a late goal scored by Guehi secured a 2-1 win over Fulham, sending them into the top four.
CB: Nico Schlotterbeck (Dortmund) - 85 OVR -> 86 OVR:
There were a lot of options from the Bundesliga this week, and while I do expect a fair few inclusions, some could easily miss out. Schlotterbeck is a player I expect to feature regardless, though, with the German being a popular option and claiming MOTM for his goal during Dortmund's 2-0 win over Hoffenheim.
CAM: Pernille Harder (Munich) - 86 OVR -> 88 OVR:
Both Buhl and Harder scored once and assisted twice during Munich's 5-0 away win over Frankfurt. With Buhl recently receiving a TOTW and a TIF not yet being awarded by EA, I feel that Harder is the sensible option here. I fully expect Munich to feature regardless of who EA decide, though.
CDM: Pedri (Barcelona) - 89 OVR -> 90 OVR:
Torres scored another three goals for Barcelona as the Spaniard continued his superb form. With a recent TOTW inclusion, he is unable to receive the IF again, though. With Barcelona securing an entertaining 5-3 win over Betis, I would expect them to still feature. Pedri provided two assists and, without a promotional inclusion so far, would come as a welcomed addition.
CAM: Xavi Simons (Tottenham) - 84 OVR -> 86 OVR:
Tottenham could receive an IF from either of their matches this week, with Romero scoring twice during a 2-2 draw midweek, before Simons managed both a goal and an assist during their 2-0 win over Brentford. With a lot of defensive options this week, I have opted for Simons instead. Both players received a 9 from Sky for their respective matches, and ultimately it will come down to what EA need for their side.
LM: Riquelme (Real Betis) - 77 OVR -> 86 OVR:
With wide options being few and far between this week, I would expect the featured IF to go to either a LM or RM. Riquelme fits the bill after his midweek cup hat-trick secured Betis a 4-1 win over Torrent, allowing them to progress.
CAM: Vivianne Miedema (Man City) - 85 OVR -> 86 OVR:
We got hurt last week by ignoring many international friendlies on the women’s side. Miedema was an easy inclusion here, though, after her four goals helped spearhead the Netherlands to a comfortable 5-0 win over South Korea.
ST:Lionel Messi (Inter Miami) - 86 OVR -> 88 OVR:
Inter Miami secured the MLS playoff title this weekend with a 3-1 win over Vancouver. Messi added to his already impressive collection of trophies, and the Argentine played a huge role in that achievement. With two assists to his name, he was named MOTM, and although two assists for a Messi IF is minimal, with it being the final I would be shocked if he missed out.
ST: Harry Kane (Munich) - 89 OVR -> 91 OVR:
Kane is in contention almost every week for an IF or promotional item, but he’s one of those players who typically won’t receive one unless he scores three. Despite starting on the bench this week, that’s exactly what happened. Munich recorded a comfortable 5-0 away win over Stuttgart, with Kane scoring three of those goals.

TOTW 30 Predicted Subs & Reserves
GK: Ionut Radu (Celta Vigo) - 74 OVR -> 83 OVR:
Real Madrid's form has dropped off recently, with the Spanish side continuing to drop points. Vigo were the latest side to benefit from this, with a shock 2-0 win occurring away from home. Radu played a key role in the result, making a total of seven saves to keep his clean sheet intact, denying a total of 1.54 xG.
CB: Tarik Muharemovic (Sassuolo) - 70 OVR -> 83 OVR:
Sassuolo were the latest side to pile on the pressure for Fiorentina, who continue to sit at the bottom of the Serie A table. When a defender in the top five divisions records more than one attacking contribution, nine times out of ten they will receive an IF. I expect that to be the case for Muharemovic, who provided both a goal and an assist during the 3-1 win.
CAM: Ernest Muci (Trabzonspor) - 75 OVR -> 83 OVR:
EA continue to include the Turkish division on a regular basis, and I expect that to continue this week after Muci scored twice for Trabzonspor as they secured a 2-1 win. Osimhen was also an option, but with several big-name players already in this week’s prediction, it’s Muci who I see as the most likely from the division.
CM: Senny Mayulu (PSG) - 75 OVR -> 83 OVR:
Ligue 1 could have easily been ignored as a whole this week, but it’s highly unlikely that EA will do that. Kvaratskhelia was named MOTM, but with his inclusion in EA's latest promotion, he is unable to receive the IF. Instead, we look towards Mayulu, who was the second-best option from the division. The youngster provided both a goal and an assist as PSG went on to beat Rennes 5-0.
RW: Yan Diomande (Leipzig) - 66 OVR -> 84 OVR:
What a breakthrough season it has been for Diomande. The Ivorian was somewhat unknown before the season started but has developed into a key player for Leipzig this season. He scored three times this week as Leipzig beat Frankfurt 6-0, which likely secures his SIF. Numerous key European sides are monitoring him now, so Diomande will likely secure a big transfer in the summer.
ST: Rasmus Hojlund (Napoli) - 76 OVR -> 83 OVR:
The United curse is never-ending, with players performing badly at the club but excelling before and after. Hojlund is another in that category, with the Danish striker performing well for Napoli this season. His latest performance saw him score twice as Napoli secured a 2-1 win over Juventus to remain top of the table. Hojlund went on to be awarded Player of the Week with an 8/10 from Gazzetta.
ST: Ayase Ueda (Feyenoord) - 74 OVR -> 84 OVR:
The Eredivisie often has a player scoring for fun each season; this time around, it's Ueda. The Japanese striker scored another four for Feyenoord this weekend, taking his personal tally to eighteen in just fifteen appearances. Feyenoord went on to win 6-1, making Ueda an easy choice for TOTW 13.
RB: Femi Seriki (Sheffield United) - 68 OVR -> 83 OVR:
Since Sheffield United opted to bring Wilder back for yet another stint as manager, their results have significantly improved. They recorded their fourth consecutive win this weekend with an impressive 4-0 victory over high-fliers Stoke. Seriki both scored and assisted to be named MOTM, which, alongside a clean sheet, should see him included.
CAM: Josh Benson (Rotherham) - 63 OVR -> 83 OVR:
With the last set of English cup fixtures seeing a few inclusions into TOTW, I am happy to take the punt on that occurring again. The reserves section is therefore dominated by those fixtures. Benson scored three from CAM as Rotherham ran riot away at Salford, recording a 7-2 win.
ST: Billy Sharp (Doncaster) - 62 OVR -> 83 OVR:
Another EFL Trophy inclusion comes in the form of Sharp. The veteran striker scored three goals and provided an assist for Doncaster as they secured a comfortable 5-1 win over Chesterfield, earning a spot in the round of 16.
ST: Aron Sasu (Wimbledon) - 57 OVR -> 83 OVR:
The final EFL Trophy inclusion this week is Sasu, and if EA only opt for one player from this cup, it will likely be him. The striker scored four times as Wimbledon upset Cardiff, beating them convincingly 5-1.
ST: Jovo Lukic (U.Cluj) - 64 OVR -> 83 OVR:
Yet another bronze option now, so if EA also opt for this, that BPM will be well worth doing! Lukic scored three times for U. Cluj as they secured a 3-0 win. With Romania having received a featured IF last week, this seems guaranteed to happen.
