How to Attack with 442 Custom Tactics in FC 24
One of the biggest strengths of the 442 is its balance in attack and defense. To start a counterattack, use a CM, RB, or LB to trigger runs from the RM or LM and STs. Point the LS in the direction of the player and press L1 and LB to trigger the run. If the run is covered, continue dribbling without passing until you are pressed.
In EA FC 24, prioritize wingplay in a slower build-up approach and look for the cutback for an easy finish. This can also be replicated at a higher pace on a counterattack.
How to Defend with 442 Custom Tactics in FC 24
At 72 depth, your team will often auto-press. If this isn't your defensive style, lower it to tailor it to your own needs.
