The combination of Deadeye+ and Road to FC 26 evolutions with this one creates the very best Inside Forward RM based on GG ratings which puts the Frenchman at the top of this list.
2. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
If you don't want to combine evos then you can use the PSG star in this evo to get the best RM Inside Forward but also a top 3 RW Inside Forward based on GG Ratings as well.
3. Rodrygo
With elite close control dribbling, quick link-up play and good shooting PlayStyles you can use the Real Madrid star quite effectively in game as a wide player or as a second striker in the Advanced Forward or False 9 roles with this evo.
4. Adama Traoré
Almost as good as Rodrygo at RW but you get a more physical presence with the Spanish winger, a great option if you prefer running at defenders and beating them for pace to get in the box and score some unstoppable Low Driven Shots with his PlayStyle+.
5. Rafael Leão
Whether you use him as a wide CAM in the Shadow Striker role or as a winger cutting in to cause mayhem, the Portuguese international is uniquely good on the ball with his animations and this evo allows him to be even better in game.
Is the Double 99 Evolution worth it?
MAYBE - The Double 99 evolution is only worth completing in EA FC 25 if you use one of the best options for it or use it as a part of a longer evo chain.
The evo is quite expensive by itself and unless you can get one of the best players in the game it's not going to be worth the coins of FC Points.
