With that in mind, let's take a look at the Top 5 best players to evolve using this evolutions slot:
1. Pedri
Having players with PlayStyles+ is always great, giving the Spaniard defending and physicality makes him a very good box-to-box CM.
The FC Barcelona star becomes much better with the new dimensions to his card.
2. Eduardo Camavinga
While the Real Madrid man doesn't benefit from a new PlayStyles from the evo, adding even more defending and physicality brings him up to new heights as a CDM.
With both Dribbling and Defending PlayStyles as well as the LB alternate position, the Frenchman becomes the ultimate utility player.
3. Trent Alexander-Arnold
I'll be honest, his pace is quite literally the only reason the Liverpool defender isn't number one in this list.
Not fast enough for a fullback, but if you can push the Englishman into midfield then you have one incredible CM on your hands.
4. Nicolò Fagioli
You need to put him through 2 more Free Evolutions first: Radioactive Maestro and Detail Oriented but the final results are worth the effort.
9 PlayStyles at the end, 4-Star Skill Moves and Weak Foot with 90+ Passing and Dribbling; he's low in the list only because you need to be quick, these Evos expire soon!
5. Yu Hasegawa
Good pace, passing and dribbling to begin with means that the Japanese woman was a defending boost away from being a solid CDM.
Her physicality is still an issue but if you need one more player for Manchester City Women's players, she could be the missing link.
