He is simply amazing in game with key characteristics such as:

- Immaculate shooting with 99 Positioning, 98 Finishing, 97 Shot Power, 96 Long Shots, 95 Volleys and 94 Penalties with the Outside Foot Shot Trait making him lethal both inside and outside the box
- Incredible ball distribution with all in-game passing stats being 90+ allowing him to be your team’s primary chance creator
- Absolutely wonderful dribbling with 92 Agility, 93 Balance, 97 Reactions, 95 Ball Control, 92 Dribbling and 97 Composure with the Flair Trait giving him such good responsiveness on the ball
- 94 Stamina means he can play 85+ minutes before needing to be substituted
- 4-Star Skill Moves are good enough and the 5-Star Weak Foot makes him incredible with both legs
- High/Medium workrates are very good for an attacker
His ideal position in game would be as a CF in the 4-4-1-1 or the central CAM in a 4-2-3-1. HIs stats and his build make him suitable for the secondary ST role, playing behind the main target man and having both shooting opportunities as well as creative spaces.
He has a similar player profile to that of Base Icon Pelé. While Pelé boasts the 5-Star Skill Moves over Puskás Ferenc has his own positives that make him a wonderful attacking midfielder or the man playing right behind the ST.
The card has a few drawbacks such as:
- Standing 5’8 without any significant Jumping / Heading Accuracy stats, making him a terrible option in the air
- 79 Strength and 59 Aggression are too low and he’ll be able to physically push people off the ball
- His Stocky body type might make him feel clunky at times
