When does the FC 27 Web App come out?
The FC 27 Web App launches on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at 6pm UK time (17:00 UTC). As in previous years, early Web App access is expected to be limited to returning players with an established FC 26 club, with everyone else able to use it once the game launches. Make sure two-factor authentication is enabled on your EA account, as Web App access requires it.
The Companion App refresh follows on Thursday 17 September 2026 at 6pm UK time (17:00 UTC) on iOS and Android.
When does FC 27 early access start?
FC 27 early access starts at midnight UK time as Thursday 17 September turns into Friday 18 September 2026 for anyone with the Ultimate Edition. That covers PC (23:00 UTC on 17 September) and PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 (00:00 local time on 18 September). For players in the UK, PC and console unlock at the same moment.
Early access runs for seven days, ending with the worldwide launch on 25 September.
What time is the FC 27 EA Play trial?
The FC 27 EA Play trial goes live on Friday 18 September 2026 at 5am UK time (04:00 UTC). EA Play members get a 10-hour trial of the full game on PlayStation, Xbox and PC, and all progress carries over if you buy the game. EA Play is included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
EA Play Pro members on PC get the full game, not a trial, from midnight UK on Friday 18 September, the same time as Ultimate Edition early access.
FC 27 release date: worldwide launch
The FC 27 release date is Friday 25 September 2026. On PC the game unlocks at midnight UK time (23:00 UTC on 24 September); on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 it unlocks at midnight local time on 25 September. Standard Edition players get access at this point. The free FC 27 Lite version follows later the same day at 5pm UK time (16:00 UTC).
Which FC 27 editions get early access?
Only the Ultimate Edition (£99.99 / $99.99) and the Ultimate Plus Edition ($149.99, early-bird window closed 31 August) include the seven-day early access from 18 September. The Standard Edition (£69.99 / $69.99) unlocks at worldwide launch on 25 September. The EA Play trial is the only way to play before the 25th without an Ultimate edition.

Can I preload FC 27? EA has not published an official preload window. Based on previous years, Xbox pre-orders typically become available to preload well in advance, PC around a week before early access, and PlayStation a couple of days before. Check your platform's storefront.
Is the EA Play trial available on console? Yes. The 10-hour trial is available on PlayStation, Xbox and PC from 5am UK on Friday 18 September 2026.
