There are a total of FOUR Build your TOTY HM evolutions that you can put your player through:
- (Optional) Position Change Evos - CB to CDM | LM/RM to CM | ST to CAM
- Build your TOTY HM Evo - Gives the TOTY HM Evo Rarity + Upgrades
- TOTY HM CDM Builder | TOTY HM CM Builder | TOTY CM CAM Builder
- TOTY HM Second PlayStyles+ Evos (Released January 23)
The final evolution will allow your player to have 2 PlayStyles+ as well as an 89 Overall Rating.
How many Build your TOTY HM Evolutions can I get?
While you can choose between the CDM, CM and CAM evo paths, you can only evolve ONE player with the Build your TOTY HM evo.
You need the TOTY HM Evo rarity to progress through any path which can only be applied to one eligible player.
What PlayStyles+ can I give my TOTY HM Evolution players?
You can give the following PlayStyles+ to your TOTY HM evolution players:
- First PlayStyles+ - Anticipate (CDM Evo) | Tiki Taka (CM Evo) | Finesse Shot (CAM Evo)
- Second PlayStyle+ (Any Position) - Long Ball Pass | First Touch | Press Proven
How to make the best TOTY HM Evolution in EA FC 26?
Here are the steps to build the best TOTY HM Evolution in EA FC 26:
Step 1: Select your player and apply necessary Position Change evos
Make sure you complete any other evos that you need to BEFORE the next step as you won't be able to do anything else once your lock your player in.
Step 2: Complete the Build your TOTY HM Evolution
This will give you the TOTY HM Evo rarity needed to progress through the rest of the evo.
Step 3: Select the upgrade path from the TOTY HM CDM/CM/CAM Builder evos
Based on your players' available alternate positions you can select the TOTY HM Builder evos.
- CDM Builder - Anticipate+
- CM Builder - Tiki Taka+
- CAM Builder - Finesse Shot+
Your player will get position specific upgrades to Stats, PlayStyles, Roles, Skill Moves and Weak Foot.

Step 4: Select and complete the Second PlayStyle+ evolution on 23rd January

What happens if my player already has a PlayStyle+?
If your player is eligible and already has a PlayStyle+ when you put them through the TOTY HM evolutions then they will retain that PlayStyle+ through the evo.
You will still be able to select the second PlayStyle+ from the pick released on January 23rd.
