If you are tired of relying on store packs and Rivals rewards, the secret to packing more TOTS cards isn’t FC Points—it’s mastering the SBC menu grind.
By efficiently recycling your club’s lower-tier cards into premium upgrades, you can create an almost infinite fodder loop. This step-by-step guide will show you exactly how to cycle your bronzes into top-tier TOTS pulls.

Phase 1: The Daily Foundation
Every successful menu grind starts from the bottom. EA provides several daily SBCs that act as the foundation of your fodder generation. Complete these every single day before touching anything else:
- 5x Daily Bronze Upgrade: Submit 1 Bronze card → Receive 11 Bronze Cards.
- 5x Daily Silver Upgrade: Submit 1 Silver card → Receive 11 Silver Cards.
- 5x Daily Common Gold Upgrade: Submit 5 Bronze + 5 Silver cards → Receive 11 Gold Cards (10 Commons + 1 Rare).
- 5x Daily Rare Gold Upgrades: Submit 5 Gold Commons → Receive 5 Gold Rares.
FUT.GG Tip: Do not send duplicate Silver or Bronze players to your SBC Storage! They will quickly clog up your limited storage space. Either discard them or throw them directly into the standard, non-daily Bronze and Silver Upgrades immediately to clear your unassigned pile.
Phase 2: Generating Mid-Tier Fodder
Now that you have a base of Gold cards, it’s time to start building your 85+ fodder.
- Start the 3x 85+ Upgrade SBC
This SBC requires two 11-player Rare Gold segments. It returns two 2-Player Packs as segment rewards and an 85+ x3 Players Pack as the group reward. It can be completed three times daily. Start by completing as many segments as your club’s Rare Golds allow. - The Provisions Upgrade Trick
If you run out of Gold Rares while doing the 85+ Upgrades, stop. Take any 85+ players you just packed (or already have) and complete 1 Provisions Upgrade SBC.
- Requirement: Exactly 3 Players (Minimum 85 OVR).
- Reward: 25 Rare Gold and 15 Common Gold players (Max 80 OVR).
- Note: This can be completed 6 times per day.
- Finish the 85+ Upgrades
Take that massive injection of Rare Golds from the Provisions Upgrade and finish your remaining daily completions of the 3x 85+ Upgrade SBC.
Phase 3: The Infinite Crafting Loop
With your high-tier daily SBCs done, you will have a surplus of low-rated Gold Rares and Commons. Here is how you turn them into TOTS cards.
- The 5 of 10 79+ Player Pick
Use your leftover Commons and Rares to complete this pick (Repeatable 3 times daily). It requires two segments (3 Rare Golds + 8 Common Golds per segment). - Restock with Provisions
Once your 79+ picks are done, grab any 85–86 rated players you just packed and throw them into another Provisions Upgrade to completely restock your Rare and Common Gold supply. - The TOTS Crafting Upgrade
This is where the real grind happens. Complete as many TOTS Crafting Upgrade SBCs as you can until you are entirely out of Common Gold players.
- Requirement: 2 Rare Golds + 5 Common Golds.
- Reward: 5x 77+ Rare Gold Player Pack.
- Note: This is infinitely repeatable.
- League-Specific Player Picks
Once your Common Golds are gone, take all of your remaining Rare Golds (81 OVR and below) and put them into the active League-Specific 82+ Player Pick (e.g., 82+ PL/BWSL, LaLiga/Liga F, etc.). This requires 7 Rare Gold players and offers your best targeted chance at packing a main league TOTS.
FUT.GG Tip: If the 82+ Pick isn't currently active for the week, alternate between the TOTS Crafting Upgrade and the 1 of 4 81+ Player Pick (which requires 2 Rares + 3 Commons).
Phase 4: Top of the Funnel (Guaranteed Packs)
You should now be left with highly rated fodder and 82–84 rated cards. It's time to lock in your guaranteed premium packs.
- Craft 84+ TOTW Upgrades
Use your 82–83 rated players along with two 86s (or one 87 and three 84s) to complete the 84+ TOTW Upgrade. You will need these In-Forms to bypass using actual TOTS cards in upcoming high-rated segments. - Big League Upgrades
Tackle the massive league packs, like the 14x 83+ Upgrade and the 7x 84+ League Upgrade (tailored to whatever the current main TOTS league is). Use the TOTW cards you just crafted alongside your 83–84 rated players and a few high-rated cards to meet the squad rating requirements. - Final Provisions Clean-Up
If you still have any of your 6 daily Provisions Upgrades remaining, use the 85+ players you just packed to restock one last time and repeat the crafting loop until your club is dry. - Complete the Weekly TOTS Upgrade & Premium SBCs
Take the highest-rated fodder generated from this entire loop to complete the daily Weekly TOTS Upgrade (Repeatable 3x daily, requiring two 86-rated squads, one featuring a TOTS/TOTW).
Finally, funnel any leftover high-rated fodder into non-daily SBCs like the Guaranteed Main League TOTS Upgrade, the 1 of 3 TOTS Player Pick, or any top-tier Player and Icon SBCs available that week.
By sticking to this loop every day, you will never run out of cards, significantly multiply the amount of packs you open, and give yourself the absolute best odds of hitting that multi-million coin TOTS player.
