He has some absolutely incredible stats and characteristics such as:
- 78 Pace with the Mostly Lengthy AcceleRATE type makes him very fast over long distances
- 87 Reaction, 85 Ball Control and 84 Composure allows him to keep the ball after tackling
- With most Defending Stats being close to 90, having the Jockey PlayStyles and most importantly the Anticipate PlayStyles+ makes him one of the best defenders in the game
- 84 Heading Accuracy with the Aerial PlayStyles and his 6’4 height makes him a good aerial presence
- 87 Stamina means you won’t need to substitute him for stamina reasons until extra time
- 84 Strength and 86 Aggression is very good for a physical card especially with the Bruiser PlayStyles
- Medium/High workrates are perfect for a Centre Back
His ideal position in the game would be as the aggressive CB in a 4-back formation. He’s got everything you need from an aggressive tackler, keeping the ball at his feet, out-muscling players and winning headers as well.
He has a similar player profile to that of Rare Gold Virgil Van Dijk and Raphael Varane. In fact, I’d go as far as to say that he is the perfect hybrid between the two, having Varane’s composure and Anticipate+ while also having Van Dijk’s physical and aerial presence.
The card does have a couple drawbacks such as:
- Low vision means he can’t play the ball out from the back
- 70 Dribbling means he might struggle against a high pressing opponent

With 8 segments that can be crafted over 52 days, a card that will be great for at least twice as long and the Improved Chemistry that Icons offer there really isn’t anything that stops this SBC from being worth it.
