Open your packs and wait for compensation, EA have dropped a TOTS or TOTS Moments Player Pick SBC. Is it worth it? Should you do it? Does it actually contain Moments? Let's find out.
The cost to complete the Player Pick from scratch is 103.6K. Requiring an 82 rated squad and an 85 rated squad with a TOTS or TOTS Moments, this is an emminently grindable SBC. 82 rated squads are afterthoughts at this stage of the game and with the lowest rated tradeable TOTS being 88 rated, the 85 rated squad should be very easy to complete with mostly 83's required.
Bear in mind that yesterday, the ill fated TOTS or TOTS Moments upgrade SBC required an 84 rated squad with a TOTS and 2 86+ rated players, this SBC seems incredible value by comparison. Another advantage here is that with two squads, you get two tradeable packs back. Ok they're only a 7.5k pack and a mixed players pack but even that 5-10k return pretty much pays for the 82 rated squad. It's repeatable once a day and you'll have 4 chances at it so even if you get a bad pick, just throw it in the pick for the next day and essentially halve the outlay for another go on the merry go round.
There are 171 players in the pool of which 73 cost more than the SBC. With 3 players to choose from, there is every potential you can get a big player on this SBC. Having said that, I have seen around 50 of these opened and it seems like the big wins are only in around 10% of the picks opened. There are an awful lot of genuinely terrible TOTS!
I wonder if we see an EFIGS version of this before the week is out. I certainly hope so, but for now, this is absolutely palatable fare. And who knows, there's every potential EA forgot to add the Super Lig TOTS into it and you might get a second bite of the cherry for free!
