Pressing is so OP in FC 24 right now, but these 4231 tactics allow you to break out of the constant press by creating good wide runs.
Use your central players to switch the ball out to your right sided fullbacks/midfielders. As the press gets to you, look for the overload on the left side of the pitch.
Switch the ball there and you will have multiple people making runs into the box, especially your central CAM who will make that delayed run into the box for a tap-in.
You can create a variety of wing-play chances that rely on the technical ability of your wingers and fullbacks to switch the play and create easy cutbacks.

The 71 Depth Auto Press is so good it's almost broken right now. Using it will allow you to keep the pressure on the opponent and force them to play the ball quickly.
Keeping your CDMs on the Cut Passing Lanes instructions, especially with the right PlayStyles will allow them to take advantage of the mistakes the high constant press causes to retrieve the ball.
You have to be patient in defence because the recovery speed of defenders is very slow, so don't commit into challenges unless you really have to, try and force an error from your opponent instead.
