EA Sports FIFA has announced the arrival of 21 new FUT Heroes that will be joining the FUT Heroes Club in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, with fan favourites such as Yaya Touré, Diego Forlán, and Lucio making triumphant returns to the video game series.
Alongside their regular FUT Hero Cards, each of the new FUT Heroes will have special World Cup-themed FUT Hero Cards to celebrate the Men’s FIFA World Cup being held in November in Qatar, encapsulating their achievements and memorable moments on the world’s biggest stage, with unique, Marvel-inspired illustrations replacing their real-life player photos.
When will the FUT Hero Cards and their World Cup versions be available?
The Base versions of 21 new FUT Heroes, accompanied by the existing and returning FUT Heroes from FIFA 22, will all be available in packs and purchasable from the market from the launch of the game. However, the World Cup versions will only be available to be packed and purchased from Friday, November 11, 2022, 9 days before the FIFA World Cup in Qatar is scheduled to begin.
When will I get my World Cup FUT Hero Card for pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition of FIFA 23?
If you pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of FIFA 23 by August 21, 2022, you will receive your World Cup FUT Hero Card from Friday, November 11, 2022, at 6:00 pm GMT, the same day and time the Cards are scheduled to be released into packs. So, when you first access the game, don’t expect to find the World Cup FUT Hero Card waiting for you to claim it.
How will I receive my World Cup FUT Hero?
Your World Cup FUT Hero Card will be delivered to you in the form of a pack. When you open the pack, you will receive one World Cup FUT Hero Card.
Will my pre-order bonus World Cup FUT Hero be tradeable?
No, the World Cup FUT Hero you receive will be untradeable so you will not be able to sell it on the market.
What about the other pre-order bonuses?
