The former Southampton and Arsenal youngster has had a rough career with injuries riddling his spells at each club. His FUT Ballers SBC comes in at {price} coins making it easy and cheap to unlock him.
His 84 rated version is a fairly average card with some standout characteristics including:
- 91 Shot Power with 85 Long Shots give him a good shooting outlet outside the box. 85 Positioning make sure he will make those late runs into the box from midfield
- At 5’8 with 89 Balance, 87 Ball control and 88 Dribbling with his Explosive AcceleRATE type he will feel nice and fluid on the ball
- He possesses the Flair Trait which gives him an additional set of animations for Shooting and Passing
- His High/High Workrates are perfect for a box to box midfielder
- A combination of 4-Star Skill Moves and 4-Star Weak Foot is good for a midfielder
This version has quite a few drawbacks like:
- 83 Pace is not nearly enough at this stage in the game for a Box-to-Box midfielder
- 77 Finishing means his shooting inside the box will be below par
- 82 Agility and 83 Reactions with his Average body type might make him feel clunky
- He has poor defensive stats with 75 Defensive Awareness, 80 Stand Tackling and 75 Slide Tackling
- 77 Strength and 83 Composure make it easy for strong players to push him off the ball
The upgraded 86 FUT Ballers Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain can be unlocked through the Play to Style objective “Assist using a Through Ball in 5 separate matches using FUT Ballers Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro(or Rivals).”
The card gets a +2 boost to all in-game stats except Free-kick Accuracy which gets a +1. The significant boost is in the Dribbling stats which all get bumped to 95 including +12 boosts to Reactions and Composure and a +13 boost to Agility making him extremely smooth on the ball.
His ideal position in game would be as a Box-to-Box CM in a 4-3-3 variant or as a secondary CDM in a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-2-2-2. His well rounded offensive and defensive stats with High/High workrates makes him ideal for that position.
He has a very similar player profile to Fantasy FUT Marcel Sabitzer and FUT Future Stars Jacob Ramsey. Average build, high dribbling and well rounded stats to play the Box-to-Box role with effectiveness.
