EA announced the news across its official social media channels, showing off the sleek new design for the upcoming cycle. So far, Mbappé has been confirmed as the sole cover athlete for the premium FC 27 Ultimate Edition.
While Mbappé takes the spotlight for the Ultimate Edition, it is not yet confirmed if he will also fly solo on the Standard Edition cover, or if he will share the stage with other players. Last year, Jude Bellingham and Jamal Musiala headlined the standard version of FC 26, so fans will be watching closely to see if Mbappé gets the full sweep this year.
