How to get a free Debut Icon in EA FC 27
If you want to guarantee one of these 18 Debut Icons for your Ultimate Team, you need to pre-order either the Ultimate Plus Edition or the regular Ultimate Edition before the August 31 deadline.
Doing so will grant you an 85+ OVR International ICON Player Item on day one. You will start with the Debut version of the Icon, and it will automatically be upgraded to their Champions Icon version in November 2026.
If you miss the pre-order window, do not worry too much. Based on how EA handled the Champions Icons last year, it is highly likely that these upgraded versions will eventually be added to normal packs at a later date.
